  1. Use the Print Labels dialog box to start printing on a label other than the first one in the sheet's upper-left corner.

  4. Select Starting Label: Click the label you want to begin printing on. All previous labels dim in the display.

  6. Copies field: Type the number of copies you want to print of each label.
